Let me tell about the Rock Star of a Realtor named Jessica Weeks at W Realty Atlanta. Jessica is phenomenal. With her expertise and knowledge, we put an offer on a home I loved (and I had very specific needs in what I wanted), and also put my home on the market for sale. Jessica amazingly got my offer accepted on the home I wanted, in addition to selling my home for a fantastic price, and this all happened within one month. The month of December! We put an offer on the home I wanted on November 30. By Dec 17, we had an offer on the home I was selling. I was able to close the sale of my home on Dec 30, and close the sale on the home I purchased on January 3. Almost unheard of in this market and at that time of year.
