Wow. If you have been watching real estate in Atlanta at all, you know that Old Fourth Ward (O4W) is HOT!
And coming this fall is a new dog park – but, not your run of the mill dog park. This one is my definition of heaven. They will have an open air restaurant, a bar, plenty of room for your pups to run around, and outdoor TV’s. Scheduled to open this fall, this could easily become my favorite new place to watch football. I’m so excited!
They are also said to have some sort of membership area. COUNT ME IN!
There is so much to love about Atlanta!
